Ping has one of the most loyal fan bases of any of the club makers, and anytime a new iron set is released there is bound to be excitement. With the announcement of the new Ping G25 irons PING has once again created quite a stir. The newest offering from PING, the Ping G25 irons for sale are a slight change from the G series of irons that PING has traditionally been offering. It seems they have taken feedback from golfers that the top line and sole width had been getting too large and decided to have the designers change it up a bit with the G25s. Even with all the cosmetic and performance changes PING wanted to make sure it was a high performing and forgiving iron that would appeal to golfers of all skill levels. The new CTP is now positioned directly in the impact area, this combined with the newest heel and toe support bars and low toe weight now act to stabilize the face, providing improved distance control. The face of the club has also been thinned to move more of the weight to the perimeter of the club which gives improved forgiveness and a high MOI clubhead. Mizuno's goal in the creation of the new Mizuno MP-53 irons was to deliver the most friendly game-improvement iron set with no limit on cutting edge technology. The MP-53s are ideal for the mid to high handicap player who is looking for ease of launch, unparalleled forgiveness and maximum game-improvement playability. The MP-53 Irons come with the unique ability to be custom built to your individual specifications. The MP-53 features a 360 degree grind that lessens the width of the sole and top edge while the shorter irons feature a design similar to the Mizuno MP-63 irons to ensure that they offer complete precision and control. The Diamond Muscle design has been created using Mizuno's Harmonic Impact Technology and works by reinforcing the clubhead from heel to toe and provides excellent feel, control and sound at impact. With the G25 irons PING also changed the finish of the 17-4 stainless steel to a new darker finish, which PING feels helps the clubhead look smaller and sleeker in the address position. With the shorter MP-53 irons, loft takes over the role of forgiveness and we put the emphasis back onto feel and versatility. There is a great balance to this set – for anyone from Tour level to a serious mid-handicap amateur. Source from: http://www.economygolfsale.com/article-293-Ping-G25-irons--Mizuno-MP-53-irons.html
