To make the race more complex, different obstacles are being added to it. Water, cargo nets, ice, fire, barbed wires or over balanced beams are few obstacles. There are around thousands of five kilometers mud race fans. Now days, adventurous challenge races attract more of the young people. Therefore, mud races are organized by many companies. These companies also launch several websites. Events are being organized by these companies to entertain the audience. In order to draw additional participants, they also upload videos on their websites. Apart from drawing more participants, they also provide some cardio and other defensive tips to the participating youth. Cardio sessions are suggested for practicing on a regular basis to the participants. These sessions help in burning fats as well as boosts up the metabolism.
