Encore introduces a brand new all-star workforce of cooks to the Wynn Las Vegas eating family. Five signature eating places pair master chefs and their personally prepared gourmet fare to create culinary experiences prepared to please essentially the most discerning and -traveled palates. Leisure at Encore will feature Danny Gans and his unique one-man show that combines impressions, singing and comedy into a performance that has earned Gans the title of Las Vegas "Entertainer of the Year" for 11 straight years in a row. Gans, who presently performs at the Mirage, was hailed by People Magazine for reviving "the age of impressionism in Las Vegas." He'll bring his show to Encore in February. "Danny Gans' continuing position as the star of the Encore Theater underscores the individual identity of our new resort and underscores our continuing, unqualified commitment to excellence in service and leisure," says Wynn.
