In the British regime and in the four decades after the independence, India was known to be the agriculture based country. It is a fact that the administrators and the policy makers of our country were trying their best to invite foreign investment and boost up indigenous industries at the same time. But their endeavors were not successful all the time. Some time the bureaucratic red tapism and some time the problems of land acquisition stood in the way of proper industrialization process of India. The situation was changed greatly after the economic liberalization policy of 1991. After implementation of the policy, the stress was basically on the service sectors in India. Among the service sector, the most important sector is now the industry based on information technology and software development. Yes, the fact is undeniable that today Software Development Company in India has accelerated the growth of the service sector in India. With the passage of time, the number of the off-shore clients is increasing day by day. The lion’s share of the off shore clients are today from America. They always want to hire Indian companies in any information technology related project for especially two reasons. The first one is the quality of work which is very high in our country. The second one is the cheap labor or low rate of wage. The difference of wage is huge between the American and the Indian workers basically due to the currency difference between India and the European countries and of course the United States of America. This is basically the reason why the off shore clients are now interested in Software development outsourcing to India. When you delve a bit deep in the work culture of the modern corporate houses in India, you will realize that different web application platforms are variously used in the different sections. The name of Share point is prominent in this regard. If you concentrate in the industrially developed cities, you will find out that the application of SharePoint in Noida or Delhi is indeed noteworthy today.
