Copy editing is that part of dissertation editing, where the editors edit a piece of content. Using the copy editing method, one can modify the sentences of a dissertation, thesis or essay in a number of ways. While copy editing is the starting point, where the content is reviewed and changed, substantive editing can be seen as the end point for overall correction of the research report.
