Types of Grinder Mixer
Single Blade Grinder Mixer
The single blade Grinder mixer comprises a bowl and a blade that rotates in a Grinder motion in such a way that it visits all parts of the vessel.
Double Grinder Mixer
Also referred to as twin shaft mixer in which the shafts rotate around a sun gear. The blades are simple rectangular "gate" blades that are at ninety degrees from each other. In fact the paths of the blades interconnect and go by the tank wall. This high torque, low speed mixers mix thick ingredients into a homogenous product.
