Every sales and marketing activity revolves around the end consumer. The sales process start with acquiring customers for whom goods and services are produced. Thus, sales and marketing professionals need to get the first step right in sales so as to get the desired results in terms of increased sales and maximum profit.

Today, competition has intensified and thus it has become even more important for business ventures to attract customers and grab maximum market share. In addition to this, the market trends are changing rapidly and so you need to equip yourself with skills and knowledge to acquire customers. As a sales and marketing professional, it’s absolutely necessary that you pursue a Customer Acquisition (CA) specialised program which will give you detailed and useful knowledge and abilities to acquire and maximise your customer base.

A professional program in Customer Acquisition will give you extensive training that will help you know how to acquire customers and clinch profitable deals with them. SALES PREPARATION:

PROSPECTING: A CA program will equip you with skills of collecting data of prospective customers and qualify those prospects and convert them into leads.

SELLING SKILLS: In sales you need to have sharp sales skills. You should be able to present yourself in an apt manner to the prospective customer and present your product/service effectively. The next step is of relationship building and the CA program will teach you about striking conversation with the prospective customer in an appropriate manner and get to know him on a professional and a personal level to an extent. Next you’ll learn about probing skills and identifying customers buying motives, his concerns, buying and decision making capacity etc. the program will teach you about identifying features and characteristics in your own product and service you intend to sell which match the requirements of the customer. This professional program will also enable you to compare and benefits of your product to that of the competitors. A Customer Acquisition program will also teach you about handling the objections of the customers in the most effective way and present them an improved and a revised solution. A sales professional should also be acquainted with closing the sales with a commitment from the customer and by getting referencing. The duties of sales professional also include servicing and a CA program will also equip you with skills to meet the expectation of the customer in terms of delivery and after-sales service.
