Dubai is a country which is a conjurer of some mesmerizing architectural masterpieces. With some of the world’s most stupendous landmarks under its kitty, it is that place where your head will spin like a top in sheer amazement. The plan is to make the world’s first underwater resort. It may not materialize very soon, but what we can promise is that the tariffs for this under-water hotel would be sky-high.
