In todays’ highly competitive corporate word, the focus of business organizations has shifted from mere hiring of employees to ‘Talent Acquisition’. Talent Acquisition (TA) is basically a process that involves sourcing, assessing and hiring new employees with an effort of choosing the best talent for an organization.

A business has limited resources and it wants to make an optimum utilisation of those scarce resources to get the desired results. Therefore, it wants that it employs the best talent who can prove to be highly beneficial for the growth of the company in the long run.
