There was great excitement and camaraderie at many of the homes and communities built and developed by Schell Brothers during the festive season. This was because all Schell Home owners were invited to take part in the Holiday Door Decorating Contest for Schell Homeowners. This contest was organized as a result of the great success they had with the Autumn Front Door Decorating Contest. Entries for the contest were accepted before the 13th of December 2012, and photos of all decorated doors were posted on the Schell Facebook page for all viewers to vote and select a winner. Everyone was invited to “like” the page and share the pictures with their friends. The home owner with the most number of “likes” was selected as the winner and received a $200 gift card to Michael’s Arts & Crafts store.
