How It Began Before they opened their home care franchise, the Stolls developed a comprehensive business plan to obtain the necessary financing. They also received support and training from the ComForcare corporate home care franchise team in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and took business classes at a local community college. With so many resources available, they were able to complete the necessary preparations to get the business up and running and successfully facilitate its growth. Looking to a Future of Continued Growth When the Stolls opened ComForcare Home Care in Stanton last year, they started with one client and one caregiver. In addition to the growing clientele base they service, they are now contracted with four Medicaid agencies covering Clare, Clinton, Gratiot, Isabella, Ionia, Montcalm and Newaygo counties, as well as the Michigan Department of Human Services. “Our business has grown beyond our initial expectations and projections and we feel truly blessed and grateful,” commented Ken Stoll.
