Blackberry Company RIM has been a very popular company in the field of gadget making until the iPhone and iPad making company Apple stepped in. the company made its first movement in the gadget market with the iPhones in 2007 and since then we have not seen RIM rise again. However, we cannot assume that it will die any time soon as it is known for its patience and competitiveness. We have seen the launch of the new BB phones and their many Blackberry cases innovatively designed and marketed. The company has been pursuing silent treatment for 5 years and now it is going to launch good and competitive devices at the end of this month. The company has a history of many facts that you would like to know. It has ruled the market for so long that now it has been the most awaited company to launch its gadgets more than even when people waited for the iPhone 5 and the iPad mini. Some of the facts are as under: 1) Mike Lizaridis, the CEO of the company is not a college graduate at all like Steve or Bill Gates. As it is not in manufacturing, no one knows about its code name or its basic functions as well. 7) The first devices by BB Company RIM were not phones. They were pager devices with input/output facilities. 8) In 2005, the RIM devices were so popular that Oprah Winfrey gave her attendees of the show, gift hampers for Christmas as Blackberry phones.
