In the morning, Every morning, when you get up, the first thing is to drink a large glass of honey water. During the daytime, At Ten o 'clock in the morning. If you feel hungry, you can eat a fruit, such as kiwi fruit, nectarine, orange, a handful of raisin. Then eat some meizitang, the meizitang is the best slimming product right now, you can eat it every day to help you keep a perfect body figure.
