Kaushik Sripathi made an excellent start in the field of software quality assurance as a QA Analyst in DELL International Services in 2002. Working over different technical environments comprising VB.net, Win Runner, Test Director, SQL ORACLE 7.x, SQL, MS Access, Rapid SQL and others have made him realize that changes are required with the growing awareness and need to connect software of different ages and sources. He further worked in the field with several well-recognized names in corporate world like DHL, WACHOVIA, Toyota, Siemens Medical Solutions and others. Putting his experience together for an up-to-the-mark performance is how he handles different complex situations in SQA. PeopleSoft delivered financial and supply chain modules bundled together as single product suite and it dealt with almost all functionalities of finance department of the organization. So, as an experienced professional, Kaushik Sripathi successfully handled PeopleSoft financials. He tested and validated PeopleSoft interface with CMS. Also, he provided leadership and direction to team members ensuring that everyone was focused on the operational and technical direction of the project and understood the client's strategic direction.
