He will be given allowances by the landlord for improvisation of the property which will in turn enable to the increase in market value and enhances the pride of ownership. The tenants have certain criteria’s based on which they sign the agreement. The Property managers should fulfill the needs of the tenants and make the property a good place for living. These tenants always like to enjoy the benefits of the property without the interference of the landlords. This is made possible by the managers who work as a bridge between the owner and tenant, enabling the tenants not getting tortured directly by the landlords. As per the amount rented the tenants demand on facilities such as good ventilation, sunlight, fresh air and comfortable living atmosphere. They insist on safety measures to protect them from natural calamities such as heavy rain and security problems such as strangers walking into the premises. They demand the atmosphere of living to be up to their socio economic status. The structure of the house should be designed in such a manner that it is up to the expectations of the tenants, leading to the level of rent paid. All these tasks are not very simple as they sound, they requires lot of tolerance and patience level to work with. The Property managers should not only be an educated person but also an experienced stuff that can co-ordinate in a professional manner.
