ALCATEL ONE TOUCH just announced new 7-inch tablet that has 3G data that can be added or removed at a later time. While most tablets have their data embedded in the devices, ONE TOUCH EVO7 has a removable module that allows it to access 3G data. This module can be purchased separately from the device or at a different time. The tablet has a frame that was designed to hide the 3G module replacement. Users can also download these frames in a variety of colors to give the tablet a more personalized character. Ad shows a frame in red, black and blue. There can be other colors, but the official did not mention them. ONE TOUCH EVO7 comes with Android 4.0 ICS installed. It has full access to the Android Market, so users can choose from all the available applications. It has a 1 GHz processor installed to help get things done. The device has 1 GB of RAM, and it is only in the internal memory. It does not support microSD, so users can add up to 32GB of memory to the new tablet. Either way, it looks pretty cool tablet with an interesting method of offering information. I certainly would not mind seeing other tablet makers use 3G, which can be added later.
