ComForcare hires Receptionists/Administrative Assistants, Administrative Coordinators, and Marketing and Community Liaisons to support daily operations and marketing plans. ComForcare Receptionists/Administrative Assistants manage telephone and reception duties, organize and maintain documents and office supply inventories. They are also responsible for processing application materials for field staff and data entry. Responsibilities also include responding to customer requests in an efficient and professional manner and briefing new employees on client care plans for initial visits. Marketing and Community Liaisons play a key role in achieving company growth. This position must respond to customer requests in an efficient and professional manner. Sales efforts in the senior care field emphasize establishing and nurturing a meaningful and productive relationship with referral sources.
