They are also bringing back a separate dining area to allow for ambience or to accommodate multiple guests. There are even a few developers that think in terms of family. More places, such as salons, where parents may spend a lot of time, are beginning to offer child care as part of their services. Some of these newer commercial buildings have on-site day care at a reduced rate for those who work in or near these properties. Residential properties may have a playground area for children of a certain age as well as licensed staff on hand to monitor activities. So having everything located in one area is becoming a trend in real estate. The economy has forced some to spend longer hours at work which leaves less time to run necessary errand after-hours. This not only saves time but gas as most people do not have time to drive from one location to another.
