India remains invincible when we talk of top outsourcing destinations worldwide. It continues to dominate the IT services industry garnering 51 percent of the global offshore market with a generated $59 billion outsourcing revenue in the year 2011. There is a plethora of outsourcing opportunities on air and India and the Philippines are the two leading countries in terms of global offshore revenue share and employment. SEO and link building are what most outsourcing companies do. Various strategies have been developed for effective link building and excellent SEO results. The race continues as to which of these strategies are the best. There is always the struggle with Google algorithm changes especially since the Penguin and Panda evolved. Despite of India holding the lion's share in the global outsourcing market, India’s Growth Strategy should be continuously strengthened. The strategy can be established in a three prong formula combining approaches to export led growth, rural improvement and macro-economic stability. India could have achieved this export led growth as China, had it not had its poor public policies. The rural improvement talks about the huge population in Gangetic valley, a rural area where India ought to introduce modern economic growth. Macro-economic stability is India's greatest strength, contributed greatly by its major share in the IT services market. For several years, the IT business in India experienced a linear growth with its increasing demand for human resources in order to pull off higher revenues. However, it was implausible to sustain this growth when employee costs are rapidly skyrocketing and inefficiencies are intolerable. Thus, India needs a paradigm shift. India needs to initiate business transformation through innovation of its technological solutions. It must establish an in-depth customer's business understanding and facilitate process changes. It has to change its business model by setting up value added process per employee without necessarily increasing the headcount per project per team. India continues to work its way in moving up the value chain. There is nothing to lose and much more to gain. Despite changes in the top search engine algorithm in ranking websites, it should not be a threat to fear for as long as the skill set of the outsourced employees remains as powerful and solid as rock. It cannot be denied that other countries in Asia are also becoming active in the outsourcing industry. The Philippines is already getting its way to claim a bigger share of the global offshore market. But India has a better edge as it has much heads to train and get the work done. All it needs is further training, more business exposure, establishing concrete business and marketing strategies, and strengthening the skills set of each employee. With the world's vast outsourcing opportunities, there is so much work to do and much work to get done in minutes. IT services will continue to rise. Technological advances will continue to grow. More websites will be built. More contents are required and there is just much link building opportunities laid. Who will do this?
