Seniors are Staying Active Seniors are not only aging happily, but are still participating in many aspects of life including working part- or full-time, participating in social activities, and being able to “age in place” in the comfort of their own home. These activities and lifestyle habits provide a sense of purpose and enjoyment and may contribute to lowering stress and improving health.
