After an hour or so, you will need to slow down or decrease the level of difficulty in order to still maintain your aerobic breathing. After you have been exercising like this every day, your endurance will increase and you will be able to maintain your aerobic breathing for longer periods of time, at faster speeds, and over more difficult territory.
