If we were to look back at a typical household in the mid 20th century we would find they lived a comfortable life. They had a lot of the conveniences we enjoy today such as a car and home appliances that make our lives more comfortable and enjoyable. True the performance of the car and the appliances may not have been what it is today but it was surely good enough for the time. Other than the computer and the internet our lives do not have much more today. But we do have more of each appliances. Earlier a household had a single TV, now there can be several. There would have been one phone now there can be several again. And so it goes for cars, refrigerators and even the later arrived computers. Similarly there was a time when one or two weight measuring devices were all that was felt was necessary. Today a business can have a whole set of scales helping the organization work efficiently. A typical place can have a digital floor scale, drum scale, pallet jack scale, shipping scale and more to meet the varying weighing needs. And all of these will require effort to buy and maintain, they may also require to be serviced from time to time. What this means is that unless there is a single trusted vendor for digital scales we have to build and nurture several relationships. After all usually accurate scale reading are at the heart of a quality product or service output.
