The market demand of outer packing market is shooting up with the rapid development of consumer goods industry. In the four packaging material of paper, plastic, metal and glass, paper materials are the cheapest. Therefore it is growing rapidly with the largest market ratio. However, the quality of paper material packaging by the liquid packaging machine is integrated with the good and the bad. By making efforts to the green environmental protection, realizing the sustainable development of packaging industry has become the consensus of outer paper packing industry at home and abroad. Using with glue has become an important environmental problem of paper packing machine and liquid packaging machine. Glue is indispensable for making a cardboard into a box. The problem whether the quality of glue is good or bad, whether the glue is environmental protected or not usually can’t get attention. Most of the focuses are on the fine appearance, paper quality, burliness, or whether in good taste, but he related environmental problems are ignored. And as some suppliers do not have consciousness of environmental protections, workers have worked under unpleasant glue atmosphere, and have to pack the goods immediately after production in order to send to the consumers. If asked for inspection report, the suppliers can also provide a so-called third party inspection report which proves the contents of the harmful components are in security area and in environmental protection. But if you look carefully at the bottom, the third party is not the authority, but a so-called company. Therefore, the authenticity of the inspection report will be with many doubts. China government should organize related authority responsible for food packaging with glues, and make relevant provisions standard to regulate the market. It is not only to ensure food safety, but also to make sure food packaging is safe.
