Egyptians cast their ballots Wednesday in the first freepresidential election in the country's history. The winner willreplace longtime authoritarian President Hosni Mubarak, who wasousted in an 18-day uprising last year. There will be 85 million eyesmonitoring him. There will be new rules for everything, whoever thewinner is. Even if Mubarak himself won and came back, he can't ruleus the same old way.
