What approaches in the fate of a nation is always up for question. Latin American peoples are not sure of what they face, for example. But with visionary people with such high regard for Latin America, improvement is still possible. The man named Daniel Chavez Moran, for example, is convinced that these countries have a lot more to offer than they do currently. He comes from Mexico, where he is known for his influence in the property and development industries. Chavez Moran's life has been marked by success, and he is now seeking to bring a similar success to the other members of his country. Latin American industrialization and modernization has not been too rapid, which is what Moran wishes to remedy. The slow growth can be attributed to many things, naturally. Moran's argument, though, is that it is the weakness of the educational systems in these states that has really crippled them. There is much to be done to remedy this, but Moran has his eye on two things in particular. Striving for equality in wealth and justice is one thing. The second goal is to ensure that people from all walks of life get their chance to study at decent schools with decent materials and instructors. The costs of education can be prohibitive in places where salaries are lower than in the rest of the world, and that usually means sacrificing education. And since they do not get the degrees necessary for good careers, they usually stay in the lower economic classes. The need for manual labor is slowly dying as machines can perform designated tasks at a much lower cost. This means that many of the occupations still left standing are ones that are not dependent on simple physical abilities: cerebral or special occupations requiring a college diploma. For the people of these nations, only good education can help them achieve more than they do now. The present state of affairs renders advancement doubly difficult without that change. Moran believes that if the problem in education is not addressed, Latin America will continue to be stuck in poverty. Latinos who currently live in the United States with access to good education also fall behind. The lack of emphasis on education, Moran says, is largely responsible for the persistently hampering attitude. He therefore desires to persuade more of his fellowmen to respect the significance of educational ability and backgrounds. Latin America is going to be under the spotlight for a while, at least until the Summer Olympics are finished. This is a coup for the Latin American region, for one of its members to host the Summer Olympics. With any luck, more of Brazil's fellows in the region shall be taking on such honors too in the future.
