Gina is the CEO or Chief Executive Officer of ANI, a large scale real estate firm that specializes in managed portfolios when it comes to its rehabilitation, development, management, sales and repositioning for acquired or third party owned assets, leasing and planning. The ANI or American National Investments is situated in the state of San Diego, California, its main headquarters have garnered a high level of happy and satisfied clients ever since it has entered the picture. Their core specialty deals with all things related and greatly involved in real estate, Gina is the prime asset of the company, and since she is the most credible individual in the field, she sees to it that the company’s line of network will be always impressed with what she and her firm has to offer. Among many other things, Gina Champion-Cain didn’t just reached this point in her career overnight, she had to invest years and years in school to be able to have the best edge in the real world of real estate. During her younger years, in the year 1983 Gina Champion-Cain graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy/Political Science at the University of Michigan with full flying colours. But even if she had already pursued a good degree in college, she was still decisive enough to learn more and expand her knowledge in her aspired profession in the future, and for that reason she went to the California Western School of Law to take up her or MBA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration. This particular MBA also happens to be tackling the importance of International Business and Real Estate Finance, in other words, Gina took up a learning course that she believes will give her the biggest advantage in the corporate world. By the time she has finished all her commitment to the schools of business, she immediately set forth to pursue her passion in life, and that is real estate. Gina Champion-Cain didn’t just become successful in a short span of time, before she had significant positions in her life; she was also an agent/broker at first. But unlike any other agent, Gina was more than determined to make the best services possible and available to every potential client she will meet. After all, she wouldn’t be recognized and regarded as one of the most successful and sought after personalities in the field of real estate if she didn’t bank on her time in school and in the workplace.
