We all know that plumbing is a term that became famous after the late 19th century all across the world. The fact remains that numerous people all across the globe see plumbing as anunderdeveloped profession. The reason behind this is the mentality that people have towards plumbing in various countries across the world. The same situation exits in one of the biggest countries in the Asia Pacific region – India. An association has been formed along with the various agencies of the Indian government in order to set up the Indian Plumbing association. This organization has made a name for itself in the world due to the fact that it is trying very hard to bring the plumber services (as we say in Norwegian rørlegger tjenester for alle) to the same level of importance as the doctors and the engineers, within the society thriving inside the country of India. We all know that India is the second most populated country in the world, after China. But the fact remains that neither India has an exceptional economically stability nor it has the sufficient aid to carry out the required functions. In such a scenario though we might think about overlooking topics like plumbing but the fact remains that an over populated country needs to think more about the society than the normally populated countries across the world. Therefore IPA is working in its full potential to make people aware about the importance of this profession and what impact we can have on a society that is devoid of Plumbers completely. Another shocking fact about India is that, though the plumbers associated with the government projects earn well, the private plumbers are unable to earn potentially good enough money and thus face a lot of problems in life. There have been numerous cases in countries like India where due to this poor condition numerous plumbers have committed suicide in order to save themselves from further tyranny. Since India is not a small country at all, therefore it is very difficult for the central government to reach each and every home or plumber and ask their situation. Therefore the Indian Plumbing Association (IPA) has come forward in bringing all the professional plumbers under one roof, so that they can solve the issues regarding income and payment. IPA has taken up the profession so seriously that they have decided to open the first professional training institute in Pune, a developed city of India, in order to produce well trained plumbing professionals. This training institute is being opened keeping the general economic status of the people in mind and thus scholarships will be available for the interested candidates who would like to learn this profession, but have financial issues. We must all remember that without a plumber all our drinking water, our sewage water, and our drainage water would not have been circulated properly and thus, we must stand up to the cause and help these professionals at least by giving them their deserved respect. IPA is now one of the most active sanitation organization. For tips how to create a better plumbing system go to that website.
