NEBOSH National Construction Certificates are specially designed to meet the requirements of those who are related with the construction management responsibilities and also for those who are engaged in providing day-to-day guidance on health, safety, and welfare in construction work. Candidates working in utility area such as gas, water, and electric providers, also get benefitted by these national certificate courses. NEBOSH construction courses also cover all those obstacles which are found on the construction site, and that it provides effective measures to control them. About the Course: The National Construction Certificate generally includes two academic units: NGC1 and NCC1. NGC1 includes Foundation in health and Safety management system its policy, organizing, planning, measuring, audit, and review. NCC1 includes Construction law management i.e. the hazards related with the construction site and risk control. Movement of people and vehicle, work equipment, Electrical safety, Fire safety, Chemical and biological health, Physical and psychological health, working at height, Excavation work and confined spaces, and Demolition and deconstruction concepts are covered along with their hazards and risk control. The examination comprises of: two x 2 hour written papers and a practical assessment, both of two 2-hour written exams includes “one long question” and “ten short questions” covering both the NGC1 and NCC1. All questions are compulsory to attempt. The practical assessment comprises of carrying out a risk assessment of a workplace and compiling short report to management.
