Blenders are smart kitchen appliances that are used to mush food stuffs to turn them into a form of puree or mix. Even though almost all homemakers and bread earners are familiar with a blender, a brief introduction is necessary to throw light upon the utility of the units. The appliances operate with a blade structure fixed at the bottom that is connected with the motor through a shaft. Also used in laboratories, blender machines are of various types viz., stick blender, hand blender, immersion blender, countertop blender, etc. Cooks know that the importance of keeping any type of a blender is tantamount to having kettles. Hand blenders usually have a regular DC motor of an average 400 watts power. The motors used are quite powerful for the intension, and the rotation speed of the blade can be controlled by the push button featured on the blender body. The blenders generally come with a locking system that disallows spilling of the water content. To make the blending perfect, the machines are equipped with several attachments like choppers and whiskers. Some of the units come with a measuring beaker that facilitates measuring of the food before they are crammed into the blender trough. However, unlike kettles, these machines do not let out a wild scream as soon as the job is done. You have to check the quality of concoction prepared to know if it requires a second-time running. They are slim-built with a body that gives the feel of an ultra-light baseball bat with a dome-shaped base. Their sleek body and ergonomic controls enable comfortable handling by all users. Some of the advanced blenders are fitted with a hook at the back so that they can be mounted on the wall for smart storage. The basic and advanced blender machines are equipped with universal blades that have multiple functions. The units can be cleaned easily be dislodging their detachable legs. However, unlike kettles, these units should not be washed in dish washers as it will rummage the circuit board. With the roll of time, these devices are now made available in cordless versions. The cordless blenders are extremely powerful and do not involve the hassles of plugging them into the power source. The cordless technology has been incorporated in the contemporary designed newer devices to offer the users maximum freedom. An average blender has a petite dimension of 18x18x31cm that takes only a very short space on the kitchen countertop. Even shoving them in a crowded kitchen drawer or in a disorganized shelf is not impossible with such a slight flexible frame. It is the job of a branded blender to turn solid food substances into their rich, creamiest form. Buyers normally use a blender to mash fruits into juices. However, other substances like cheese can be cut into chips, fruits can be sliced, vegetables can be minced and turned into purees, etc. Want to check out some of the latest and functional blenders in the market?
