Would it not be lovely to shop in complete comfort, the comfort of your home? This is possible now. You can shop for your dream jewellery for every occasion. You can shop from the comforts of your home. You can discuss with your family and you can look at the piece of jewellery for as long as you would like to. You can also view many other designs and if at the end of it you do not feel like buying anything you can leave without feeling embarrassed. This is the best part of online shopping. You can find the latest trends and designs but there are some points that have led to the formation of a carat lane complaint list. One of the complaints has been of late deliveries. The customers have been disappointed when the deliveries do not arrive on time and hence many a surprises get spoiled. The price tag and bill should also be present. If the firm can provide a paper carrying the details of the jewellery like weight of gold , or any other metal that is used, the stone weight, the carat and the extra charges involved it would be of great use to the customer. One of the other drawbacks of online shopping is that you cannot try on the piece to see if it suits you. This means that you could end up buying a piece which looks wonderful on screen but does not look good on you.
