There are more than Kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti in Tanzania's national parks. Tanzania is blessed with many national parks and remote, have a high density of animals and offer a taste of Africa that is rarely offered by most other safari destination. The national parks offer exclusive safaris and they are not only off the beaten track but well and truly African wilds. These parks are home huge herds of animals, predators, countless birds and best of all the tribes of tourists. Some parks boast one million hectares, with a lodge and a handful of guests. First of all I have to mention very briefly two parks, these parks are well known, but not enough and ignored. They deserve better and so it is worth mentioning. The first is the Arusha National Park, a small park about 53 square kilometers. It is very accessible, situated on the slopes of Mount Meru on the outskirts of Arusha. It is a beautiful park, and offers, canoeing and walking safaris, it is well worth a visit. Another park is the Tarangire National Park, the most northern safari to use this route one-point jump in the Serengeti Park. If it is dry season, the park should be visited at least two days, and choose the Lodge such a deep, elegant Swale camp in the park. Many animals come Tarangire dry season, as this park has year-round water supply. Tanzania's Tarangire can be the most underrated park. Mafia Island Marine Park - it is less well known sister island of Pemba and Zanzibar. This island is surrounded by a barrier reef, and only reached a flight from Dar es Salaam and nearby Selous Game Reserve. The sea around Mafia Marine Park is a tropical coral reef on the sea grass beds, mangroves and the tidal flats. Most of the marine park is less than twenty meters below mean tide levels. Saadani National Park is 100 km north of Dar es Salaam. Saadani is where the bush meets the sea. This clash of colorful ecosystems found nowhere else along the East African coast. Imagine - a place where hippopotamus compete with coral reefs, lions' heads and navigate Baboona race along the beach. Elephants have even been seen to enjoy the surf. Game viewing in open 4x4 vehicles, walking safaris and allowed Forrest to return to the hotel - take off your shoes and enjoy a refreshing foot surf. There are very few places where walking safaris in Tanzania allowed, and this is one of them, and this park also boasts a unique night to walk the trail. Focus here is the Green Turtle nesting sites along the beach. Katav National Park. A year ago or two, Serengeti National Park had 100,000 visitors, in contrast Katav remote and inaccessible west of Tanzania's National Park had only 83 guests. It is rumored that the guest arrives park gate guards are shocked and bewildered by the rare tourists to this park. Here, this park only other people you will meet other guests and staff at one of the [tent] the Lodge Park. Here you have one million hectares of yourself and the largest herds of buffalo in Africa and there are water buffalo, lions are not far behind.
