Victoria, Australia, March 1, 2012- Clients for Customer Support Services of New Media Services will soon be able to access real time reports on their customer calls and emails using the new Customer Relations Management (CRM) platform. The web-based reporting platform provides data on the status of calls and emails processed by NMS’contact center live operators for a certain client. Using CRM, a report can be exported via .CSV file and can also be sent to emails using an integrated emailing system containing all pertinent customer support data. According to Merlene Leano, NMS Marketing and Product Development Manager, the launching of the platform will soon be announced.
