There are many companies that will begin to see a new generation surface in their business and they will get information on them from the business keynote speaker. Shifting between careers, as well as projects, is what many will want to do. The expectations of both young and old generations are very different, which is shown through the flippant way each interacts with one another. Being able to handle many different tasks is what Generation Ys can do, unlike the older generations that mainly focus on one. Planning for the future is something the younger generations know well, even with the older generations having loyalty. Something that is considered an amazing benefit is the fact that they know how to plan for their financially future in a smart way. Making sure they save for retirement and add to their 401k are what many are doing. Thinking that saving is top priority is part of the 49% of Gen Ys. With wanting to juggle their personal life and make sure they are not tired at the end of they day, they want to have a flexible work schedule. Taking care of self and families is something that holds a much greater importance, unlike that of the old generations. Tattoos, flip flops, and capris are just a few of the things that show the lack of effort that is put forth by this generation. Though, considering the events of 911, not taking this life for granted is understandable by this generation. When millenials are thinking different from other generations, it is not to say that it is a bad thing. Getting the performance to work right with this is easy when having the right management tools for everyone's personalities. Businesses like Xerox have listened to the professional keynote speaker and is currently appealing to Gen Y's desire for change and develop new solutions.
