Also it gives an additional warranty of 2 years or 40,000 km. after the expiry of the warranty of the new vehicle. The Honda sales network is spread widely across the country and includes sales, spares and complete range of servicing options for its customers. In aid of its customers the Honda Company has launched an official webpage called Honda customer care which caters to the various needs of the Honda owners. The webpage provides detailed information regarding the Hvehicle servicing plans, radio or navigation system code, owner’s manual among other things. This site also provides an option of downloading the original company brochure. The contact numbers and details are also mentioned here. Further a user can post his quarries regarding the functioning (or malfunctioning) of their cars. The frequently asked questions are answered in detail and are displayed on the webpage. Any customer having the similar complaint can benefit from those. The time of contacting the automobile customer service is also explicitly mentioned there. Customers also have the option to send e-mail or normal post to the company, the address of which is given on the website. Social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter can also be used to contact or send complaint or questions. Other options available on a Honda Customer care include finding a dealer, requesting for a car quote ,comparing vehicles etc. the upcoming models of cars with their details are also featured which makes it easy for a potential customer to chose and decide on his purchase. The hot mail numbers provided are usually toll free and they connect the customers with the concerned authority so they can get a suggestion for a probable solution for their particular problem.
