Sripathi Kaushik has handled many significant projects in his working tenure of seven years as a software quality assurance professional. Being a veteran in this field, he has all-inclusive knowledge and experience to tackle various job challenges. He achieved success in his career by giving versatile performances in software quality assurance, testing and verification. His long working tenure gave him an advantage of working with several globally recognized brand names and reputed companies where he got the opportunity to explore his kills on better scale. He also had a role in documenting and creating processes by choosing the best practices and implementing process improvement initiatives. Since the software quality assurance has been managed by Sripathi Kaushik, providing a proper documentation with the framework from which the software evolves was of his main targets. Being an SQA veteran, Sripathi Kaushik has performed tremendously in analyzing the project compliance by following a planned and systematic approach with agreed-upon standards. While working at Office of State Comptroller New York State, Albany NY, Sripathi Kaushik was responsible for creating the test cases from the design and functional specifications of Deloitte for PeopleSoft Financials Implementation. He has gained specialization in using Mercury Imperative’s Quality Center/Test Director report bugs and follow up with the development team by serving the position of administrator and analyst. Gaining expertise in his field of work has been the first priority for him to focus. Sripathi Kaushik has been considered as an asset to companies for his impressive skills and work spirit. Giving improved working standards to each of the company he has worked with enabled Mr. Sripathi to gain success with every moving step in the career. Sripathi Kaushik believes that to become a software quality assurance profession hard work, honesty and diligence are necessary. Since he started his career, Sripathi Kaushik managed his job tasks with progressive outlook and aptitude. He has been a great mentor to new employees and helped them in getting hold over different standards, procedures and processes needed to meet up the requirements and/or expectations from the client’s side.
