Other than just its security and maintainability, condominiums and condominium complexes can also offer its residents several popular recreational facilities, such as swimming pools, gyms, and sports complexes, while condominium complexes can offer additional facilities to accommodate the needs of growing children such as recreational parks and playgrounds.
