A skin mole is a round or oval shaped spot on the skin. These moles are generally pink, red, brown or blacked colored and can be in any size either small or large. Laser Surgery: The skin mole is removed using the laser light in this procedure. This method of mole removal is not the better one to opt as the laser light cannot penetrate deep in to the skin and can cause the mole to grow back. In both the excision and excision with cauterization procedures the area to be treated is numbed with an anesthetic and these surgeries may result in a scar.
