Bluetooth phones are a fall out of innovative technology in mobile communication services. These gadgets have made our lives more productive and meaningful. Bluetooth phones use short-range radio wireless technology to create personal area networks among devices that are compatible. For users, this technology has several useful applications. For one, an interested person can use these phones with Bluetooth headsets – this means that users can now use their mobile phones even when both their hands are otherwise occupied. These phones can be used to connect computers to the Internet. The Bluetooth phones can be used as a modem for a dial-up connection to an ISP. Users could also connect their computers directly to a network provided by their service providers. Moreover, users can share data within a specific area with Bluetooth phones. This has several practical advantages. There is more room to share data with cameras, PDAs and other phones. One can, for instance, transfer images from their Bluetooth enabled cameras to Bluetooth printers and get the printouts of the favorite shots with a matter of seconds. Due to its applicability in different spheres, the Bluetooth technology has been favored by customers in different parts of the world. As a matter of fact, most of the leading handset manufacturers are designing and developing Bluetooth enabled mobile phones to satisfy the increasing demand for such handsets. An interested person can choose a mobile phone that is Bluetooth enabled and that too from his favorite brand which could be Nokia, Motorola or Sony Ericsson.
