PING FACTORY TOUR AND CLUBFITTING Karsten Manufacturing (Ping) has invited The Country Club at DC Ranch a Scottsdale Private Golf Club members and professional staff to the Ping Golf Club Plant in Phoenix for a facility tour and club fitting session for those who wish to participate. Please contact the Golf Shop and let them know of your interest, and based on the number of willing golfers, we will schedule a convenient time and day. Having done this tour in the past, it is very interesting and fun, to say the least. JUNIOR GOLF We are soon finishing up the last weeks of our summer Junior Camp here at the Country Club Scottsdale, in which over thirty(30) juniors participated. During the golf segment, we observed many of the Country Club Scottsdale juniors have quite and interest and appetite for the game. It is our plan and hope to continue Junior Golf year round at the Scottsdale Private golf club, The Country Club at DC Ranch. The plan is to focus not only on the golf swing, but the physical fitness and mental training side as well here at the Country Club Scottsdale. MEN’S 87TH ARIZONA AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP The Country Club at DC Ranch, a Scottsdale private golf club, will host The 87th Arizona Amateur Championship on August 1st through the 6th. One hundred Forty-four (144) of the most accomplished men amateurs in the state will hope to make the match play field of sixty-four (64) after a 36-hole stroke play qualifier on Monday and Tuesday, August 1st and 2nd here at the Country Club Scottsdale. The course and practice area will be reserved for contestants only, so make some plans to watch some quality play.
