Different health and wellness groups, companies, and corporations in the Philippines had pushed for wellness programs which will help Filipinos in their efforts to lead a healthy lifestyle. One such group that pushed for this is Nestlé when they launched their Choose Wellness Philippines program. A Stressful Life for Filipinos To lead a better life, many Filipinos had pushed their limits to compete, to excel, and to fight through to not only give them the satisfaction and inspiration to move forward, but also to give their families and loved ones a better and comfortable life. The only adverse effect of this lifestyle is that many Filipinos have abused their bodies too much which results in lower immune system, which can lead to a number of stress-related illnesses such as fever, cold, flu, hypertension, and even the dread Bell’s Palsy which renders one half of the face paralyzed which can go for weeks, months, and even a year. 48hrs a Day According to many wellness Philippines experts and the Entertainment News Philippines, one lifestyle that many Filipinos are known for is with their multitasking skills, in which a Filipino will do a 2-days’ worth of workload in one day. Although good for business and for one’s own career, this lifestyle tends to take a lot of a person’s body. Because of this, different wellness groups had started to push for a wellness program that aims to lead Filipinos in a healthy lifestyle. Nestlé was one of those that started their own program for this reason, which is the Choose Wellness Program. Nestlé I Choose Wellness Through Nestlé’s collection of food and nutrition products, such as milks, yogurts, coffee, as well as a number of health and wellness products such as food supplements and vitamins, Nestlé had offered their hands in assistance to allow Filipinos to go for their dreams while maintaining their health. Recently, Nestlé had started a program called the I Choose Wellness, which was held in SM Megamall’s Megatrade Hall. The program involves different activities which entices Filipinos to relax and to learn how to live a life of wellness. This activity also gave Filipinos the chance to bond with their family, which is also one form of healthy living according to many wellness experts. Other than for health and wellness, Nestlé I Choose Wellness had also featured a number of brands which aims to give Filipinos information of how to live beautifully through their Garnier and L'Oréal products.
