Usually with classified ads, the person who is selling the item used it personally and wants it to go to someone who will enjoy it as they did. However, keep in mind that you will be dealing with an individual and not a store so, again, buyer beware. As long as you know what it is you are looking for, you should have no problem finding what you need – no matter which avenue you choose.
