Because of its seclusion from the city, as well as its exclusivity, privacy, security, and its wide-open spaces, condominium complexes became a very popular type of family home for many modern Filipino families. Similarities in Amenities Although different in location and in environment, condominiums and condominium complexes can offer a number of similar benefits that made these types of housings popular. Condominiums and condominium complexes are known to offer amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and sports complexes. However, condominium complexes can offer additional facilities which aims to accommodate the needs of growing children such as recreational parks and playgrounds. In addition to its facilities, condominiums and condominium complexes are also known to offer their own maintenance and security personnel. Another is that condominiums and condominium complexes are known for its monthly dues or its condo fees which are paid for the maintenance of the whole condominium.
