No matter how talented or intelligent you are, you must respect the knowledge and maturity of those people older than you are. You can gain many ideas and words of wisdom from your parents, grandparents, older siblings, neighbors and relatives. When you are open-minded, your knowledge broadens and you become smarter and better as you grow up. A humble child admits mistakes. Mistakes are inevitable and it is not a sign of failure if you admit that you are wrong. When you admit it, it means that you are open for improvement. When your parents tell you that you made a mistake, you should not hate them. Instead, you must be thankful that they have corrected you.
