Accreditation Although many countries do not require their translators of have acquired accreditation, most countries all over the world does require their translators, particularly if it deals with sensitive situations such as in the court of law, to be accredited by any accreditation institutions available in their country. Misconception There are also a number of misconceptions between interpretation and translation other than its meaning. According to many experts, being a professional bilingual or an interpreter does not make it a professional translator too. This is due to the fact that both professions use different protocols and understandings which they used to properly do their job, although it can help a lot if a person knows more than 2 languages to become a professional translator.
