Il più delle volte un dimagrimento repentino oppure l'adozione di una dieta inadatta porta ad un progressivo danneggiamento dell’aspetto della pelle e ad un rilassamento dei tessuti, talvolta addirittura più antiestetici degli stessi chili di troppo: smagliature, perdita di luminosità, pelle che tira e rilassamento dei muscoli rappresentano gli effetti a cui spesso si giunge. Per evitarvi questo vi diamo alcuni consigli per preservare la bellezza della vostra pelle:

Applicare ogni giorno olio di mandorle dolci Quest’olio gode di alte quantità di vitamine E e B e ricche percentuali di aminoadici , sali minerali e grassi insaturi, sostanze che rappresentano un’arma importante per prevenire e diminuire le smagliature.

Applicare uno scrub sul corpo Dedicarsi anche una sola volta la settimana ad una cura esfoliante è una salubre abitudine per rimuovere le cellule morte dalla cute donandole una più alta ossigenazione. La pelle rimarrà così estremamente liscia e luminosa.

Fare la doccia con acqua fredda. L’acqua fredda conferisce istantaneamente tono ai tessuti e nel giro di poco tempo gli effetti si mostreranno con molta evidenza. Per le donne si raccomandano anche frequenti spugnature fredde da utilizzare sul seno, zona del corpo esposta al più grande impoverimento di tono.

Consumare grandi quantità di frutta e verdura Questi miracolosi alimenti apportano notevoli quantità di vitamine, sali minerali ed oligoelementi necessari per mantenere la pelle regolarmente morbida ed elastica.

Bere due litri d’acqua ogni giorno L’acqua facilita lo smaltimento delle scorie trattenute dai tessuti e secondariamente illumina l’incarnato ed idrata la pelle. Tenete a mente che una pelle ben nutrita risulta anche più elastica.

Attività fisica regolare In accompagnamento ad un costante esercizio aerobico, quale la cyclette oppure la camminata veloce, si raccomandano attività anaerobiche non pesanti poiché un rafforzamento del muscolo dà istantaneamente tonicità al corpo. Addominali, affondi e squat modellano le le aree del corpo sottoposte a maggior svuotamento e devono essere praticati con regolarità, almeno tre volte la settimana. Integratori di collagene e/o vitamina A Entrambi implicati del processo di rinnovamento cellulare della pelle, il collagene e la vitamina A, conosciuta anche come Retinolo, contrastano l’azione dei radicali liberi che causano l'invecchiamento della pelle.
