Come conservare i risultati di una dieta

Il rischio di riprendere tutti i chilogrammi smaltiti con una dieta ipocalorica quando si ripristina una normale alimentazione - il cosiddetto effetto yo yo - è elevatissimo e costituisce a volte la causa fondamentale per la quale i più rinunciano a ritrovare il peso forma definitivamente. Per questo è necessario armarsi di nuova pazienza e intraprendere un nuovo piano dietetico subito dopo una dieta di successo.

Si deve quindi calcolare un intervallo di tempo medio-lungo di mantenimento. Perfetto sarebbe adottare in modo progressivo un regime alimentare da 1600-1800 kcal quotidiane, vuol dire che la nostra dieta deve essere sempre più arricchita e differenziata fino al raggiungimento della soglia calorica ideale. Quanto più peso abbiamo smaltito tanto ed in aggiunta tempo è dedicato alla dieta di mantenimento..

Di seguito, solo per fare un piccolo esempio, illustriamo una dieta tipo da 1800 kcal:

Colazione: 200gr di latte magro, 20gr di fette biscottate, 10gr di zucchero. Pranzo e Cena: 60gr di pasta o riso, 200gr di verdure, 25gr di pane, 15gr di olio accopagnati da una seconda pietanza a piacere tra 160gr di vitello o petto di pollo, 125gr di pesce privato del grasso come nasello sogliola o merluzzo, 60gr di prosciutto magro (non più di due volte settimanali), 40gr di mozzarella (non più di due volte in una settimana), 2 uova (esclusivamente una volta in una settimana). Spuntini mattutini e del pomeriggio: 200gr di frutta.

Non trascurate l’attività motoria e se già avete imparato a svolgerla con costanza durante il piano di dimagrimento antecedente ora sicuramente non risulterà difficile continuare. Sono perfette tutte le attività aerobiche e soprattutto la camminata veloce, la corsa e la cyclette; bastano anche tre sessioni di allenamento alla settimana ma che superino la soglia dei 40 minuti. Un tale piano non solo ci sosterrà nel non recuperare i chili smaltiti ma darà un ausilio nel sostenere in noi le variazioni dello stile dietetico già in atto dall’inizio del dimagrimento.
