There is a variety of methods to balance the chakras. Pendulum and yoga exercise, to name a few, smooth the flow of energies that enter into your body. There are seven main chakras in the body, covering all body parts in the pathways. The first of seven chakras begins with root chakra at the base of the spine to the Crown chakra. The former has lower frequency while the latter has the highest frequency or vibration. This is because the higher the chakra, the higher the vibration. Every chakra is connected to one of the seven endocrine glands. It is associated with specific color—light energy that represents particular wavelengths of light. These however are invisible to a human eye. People who can see the aura are an exception. Color affects human emotion. For instance, blue is a relaxing color while orange and red is for vibrancy. Green is for relationships. The chakra with a color orange is the Sacral Chakra. It is located in the lower abdomen governs the physical areas of sexual organs, stomach, upper intestines, liver, gallbladder, kidney, pancreas, adrenal glands, spleen, middle spine. The body with imbalance in the sacral chakra usually experiences lower back pain, pelvic pain, libido problems, prostate-gland related diseases, impotence, and urinary problems. The emotional issues associated with sacral chakra are blame, guilt, money, sex, power, control, creativity, morality. With balanced sacral chakra, health and sexual relationships are maintained. If you feel a bit off colour, try wearing something of a colour that relates to that particular chakra, as mentioned above. Something else you could try also is to place the chakra symbol on the chakra that needs to be balanced. Or, you could also try drawing the chakra symbol on the part of your body. Now it will be unlikely that you will be able to this, so ask your spouse, partner etc ... to do this for you.
