Learning is very important in all aspects of all life. It is important from childhood, to one’s place of work and even in old age. The way in which the thing being taught is presented is directly related to the way those being taught understand it. The student response systems receiver then receives all the votes from the learners. 4. The teacher displays the graph and discusses the results. What are Interactive Whiteboards? Interactive Whiteboards are huge displays which are interactive. They are normally connected to a computer and a projector. The computer displays all what is on the computer desktop on the large white board. The white board is mounted on the floor in front of the audience. Its use is not limited to schools only. They can be used for presentations in the healthcare industry, boardrooms, training in companies, etc. The normal lectures put the learners into the passive mode of reading. The SRS and Interactive Whiteboards bring in interaction and participation. This ensures that the learners understand and grasp what is being taught in its entirety. The reviews of SRS and IWBs on the learners have showed that they improve performance in exams. Reviews on the teachers have showed that SRS and IWBs increase the response from instructions and identifying the learning gaps.
