Hot pepper sauce – making it more exciting!

Let’s make your ordinary sauce became more exciting to attract the eaters and let them try it. Hot pepper sauce is one of the most used sauces because of the different ingredients that it contains. This was so interesting when you know that you can feel something on what you are eating. Meals can consider be incomplete without having its sauces or condiments. That why, much netter that in every recipe you make, dipping will be included. Some secrets of hot pepper recipes will be revealed to teach you. Just read and learn.

For the hot pepper sauce recipe, here are the guides. For the ingredients needed, prepare vinegar, minced Chile peppers, tomato paste, and minced garlic, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. For the preparation, sauté peppers and garlic in about a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the tomato paste together with the vinegar. Bring to boil and add the rest. The hotness will depend on you. You can add more ingredients depending on your liking.

If you want to try chili pepper sauce recipe, follow this. Prepare ancho or Chile peppers, large clove garlic, whole clove garlic crushed, black peppercorns, teaspoon salt, olive oil. For the method of cooking, remove the seeds and stems of Chile. You can reserve some seeds if you want to add more heat. Heat a large skillet in a medium heat. Flatten the dried Chile as hard as you can and place the skillet to heat. Press the Chile over and leave for a minute. If you don’t want to toast the Chile, just heat to draw out more flavors. Add the Chile in a saucepan and add enough water to cover. Bring to boil. Remove it when it is already soften or plumped out. Now you have to remove the Chile and place it in a blender then add the garlic, salt, ground pepper, ground peppers and soaking liquid. Puree for 2minutes until it became smooth. Taste the sauce and add more seasonings if you want too. Pour the sauce through sieve into skillet. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and simmer. Then remove from heat. Your sauce is ready now.

Perfect if you will combine these different sauces with your meat recipes. Everyone will definitely enjoy the every taste they made. Nothing to worry about because this can be applies indifferent dishes. It will perfectly fit anywhere. Hot pepper recipes will help you complete the taste that a recipe cannot.
