The restaurant can be found between Solana Beach and Cardiff lagoon. You have to move towards north, where you will come across several other restaurants and bluffs. You will find these bluffs all along the way during the hike. The campground of San Elijo is situated atop some of the initial cliffs extending for a mile in the north direction. This is popular campground for locals and tourists alike. Pass the campground and you will reach Sea Cliff Park. The cliffs over here are more than 100 feet high and provide a fantastic view from the top. From here you will arrive at a popular spot called Swami's. There is a Self Realization Fellowship Center at the region above the cliffs and hence the spot is known as Swami's. This is an ideal place for surfers and if you wish to take some rest, sit and watch the surfers tactically handling waves. This place is crowded and mostly frequented by surfers. You continue north from Swami's and you will find a long strip of land dotted with cliffs measuring 50 to 60 feet leading to the town of Encinitas. As you continue you will see that the cliffs are fading and along with them the patios and the plants are lost from home front. This is a mind nice game for people with uncanny sense of humor. The trail in this section is long and mostly deserted with considerably high bluffs. Moonlight Beach is the only break point in between until you arrive at south Carlsbad to the end of the cliffs.
